Purchased credits never expire

Credits become available immediately after purchase and do not expire with a subscription period. The payment page shows the final amount due.

Credit Sources

  • Free-trial credits: new organizations receive 20 credits during the 30-day trial.
  • Subscription credits: issued monthly according to the active Standard, Plus, Pro, or Ultra plan.
  • Purchased credits: available immediately after payment and never expire.

Expiration And Usage Order

  • Expiration details show only active batches that still have a balance.
  • Future subscription batches appear after their effective time.
  • Subscription credits expire with their entitlement period; separately purchased credits never expire.

Total Allowance, Used Credits, And Available Balance

The credit progress at the top of organization billing represents “used / total allowance.” The current available amount in expiration details is the balance the organization can still spend. These values are different, so used credits should not be read as the remaining balance.

Usage And Records

Model choice, output count, resolution, and video duration affect actual usage. The estimate shown before submission supports planning; the completed task determines the final charge.

  • Usage history can be filtered by month and shows time, type, model, project name, and credits.
  • Invoice history shows invoice number, date, plan, order type, amount, and status.
  • Organization administrators can review expiration details, usage history, and invoices from Billing.
